2 large mixing bowls

1st bowl mix dry ingredients
1 tsp salt
3 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 c sugar

2nd bowl mix wet ingredients
1 c oil
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs well beaten

Mix together, Add 3 cups apples, cubed Slowly mix bowl #1 into bowl #2. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in 13x9x2 cake pan. Cake will be hard on top. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
