1 lb ground round
1/2 c. soft white bread crumbs
1/4 c . minced fresh parsley
3 T. grated parmesan cheese
2 t. sugar
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 egg white
2 cloves garlic, minced
Vegetable cooking oil
1 t. olive oil
1 c. minced onions
6 14 1/2 oz. cans no salt added whoe tomatoes, undrained and chopped
2 6 oz. cans tomato paste
1/2 t. salt
12 oz. spaghetti, cooked

Combine first 9 ingredients, stirring well. Shape mixture into 18 (1 1/2 in) balls. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium high heat until hot. Add meatballs, cook until browned on all sides, turning ocassionally Remove meatballs from skillet and drain on paper towels. Coat Dutch over with cooking spray. Add oil and heat to medium high. Add tomatoes and next 3 ingredients. Cover and cook 30 mins, stirring often. Add meatballs and cook 30 additional minutes.
