1-1/4 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups blueberries
Spray for griddle

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Stir together sour cream, cottage cheese, eggs and vanilla in large bowl. Add flour mixture, stir until just combined. Gently stir in blueberries. (I have found it best to put blueberries on top after cakes are on the griddle.)
Make pancakes, can keep warm in oven at 200.
Serve with syrup or garnish with berries and whip cream.
