4 boneless chicken breasts, halved and split
1 cup mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 small onion, chopped or sliced thinly
1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
1/4 cup dry white whine (like chardonnay or Fume Blac)
1/2 cup sweet Marcela wine
Salt or Pepper to tast

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breasts thin to about 1/8 inch thickness. Salt and pepper chicken; coat chicken in flour. Heat oil in frying pan. Saute' chicken; then remove form the pan. In the same pan, in the dripping from the chicken, for the sauce, saute' one sliced onion. When the onion becomes clear and starts to brown, add 1 cup mushrooms, 2 cloves finely chopped garlic, white wine and Marsala wine. Simmer uncovered, and reduce sauce until it is of desired thickness. Place chicken back into pan, heat through. It goes well served with egg noodles.
