1 pound pkg fetuccini or any long pasta
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup vegitable oil
1 T. spoons hot pepper sauce
2 T. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 green onions, sliced
1 medium cucumber, sliced

Directions:

Cook pasta and drain. In large bowl whisk peanut butter, orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, vegetable oil, vinegar, hot sauce, and salt until smooth. Add pasta and onions to misture and toss well. Serve cold or warm. Garnish with cucmber slices.
