1/4 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup mashed bananas (about 4-5 bananas)
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar together, add eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and bananas. Sift dry ingredients and mix with wet. Grease and lightly flour bread pan. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
