3 cans Bush's Great Northern Beans, 2 cans chicken broth, 1 can Rotel tomatoes, 1 lb. cooked chicken breast shredded, 4 c. monterey jack or pepper jack cheese, 1 medium onion chopped, 1 T. oil, 2 cloves garlic, 1/4 tsp. cloves, 2 tsp. cumin, 1-1/2 tsp oregano.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute oil, onion, and all other spices. Add Rotel, beans, broth, and stir. Then add chicken and let simmer about 1 hour. Add cheese before serving. Makes a large pot full.

Also good to add green onions and sour cream on top too!!
