1 T. vanilla, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. butter, 2 eggs slightly beaten, 3 c. flour, 3/4 tsp. baking soda, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1-1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1-1/2 c. peanut butter chips, 1 c. chopped peanuts.

Preheat oven to 350. Combine sugars in a bowl. Add butter and cream them. Add vanilla and eggs and mix together. In a separate bowl, sift dry ingredients and add slowly to the other bowl of ingredients. Add all chips and nuts. Line cookie sheets with wax paper. Drop cookie balls with small ice cream scoop. Bake 10-15 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack.
