2 cucumbers, peeled and seeded, cut in small pieces
1 green onion or shallot
1 clove garlic
1/2 avocado
2 cups cold chicken broth
8 oz container plain yogurt
fresh dill (1 to 2 leaves)
1/4 cup white vinegar
Zesto Mundo seasoning to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add salt, pepper, and Zesto Mundo to taste. Chill for one hour before serving.
