3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs
3/4 cup oil
4 cups chopped apples
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nutmeats

Directions:

Mix all together and put into 2 large or 4 small loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 55 - 60 minutes.
