4 boneless chicken breasts, 1 (10.5 oz.) can of chicken gravy, 4 tsp. dijon mustard, 2-3 tsp. honey.

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook chicken over medium-high heat for 5 minutes each side. Combine gravy, mustard, and honey; pour over chicken and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8-12 minutes. Serve over rice if desired.
