1-1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms, 1 c. sliced fresh carrots, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/3 c. butter, 1/3 c. all-purpose flour, 1-1/2 c. chicken broth, 1-1/2 c. milk, 4 c. cubed cooked chicken breast, 1 c. frozen peas, 1 tsp. salt, bisquick mix.

In a large saucepan saute the mushrooms, carrots, and onions in butter until tender; sprinkle with flour. Gradually stir in broth and milk until blended. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add the chicken, peas, and salt; heat through. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish; set aside.
Mix Bisquick mix according to directions for 1 batch of biscuits. Pat or roll out sections into biscuit sized drops, and place biscuits over the chicken mixture in rows. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
