1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup butter
1 cup ground pecans or walnuts
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 large carton Cool Whip
3 cups milk
1 small package regular (not instant) vanilla pudding mix
1 small package regular chocolate pudding mix.

Cream together the flour and butter; add the nuts.
Press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350.
Cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Add 1/2 carton of Cool Whip and blend well.
Spread over the crust.
Combine the milk and pudding mix and cook until thickened.
Cool slightly.
Spread pudding over the cream cheese layer and cover the entire dish with the remaining Cool Whip. Garnish with chocolate curls or nuts.

You can use grated chocolate to sprinkle over the top.
Variations: substitute 2 packages of lemon or pistachio pudding for a change of flavor.
