1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 cup margarine, 1/4 c. onion, 16 oz. Del Sol frozen veggies (broc, cauliflower, carrots), 2 cans white breast chicken chunks, 8 oz. cheese whiz, 2/3 c. uncooked minute rice, 1 can cream of chicken soup.

Saute celery, margarine, and onion. Mix sauteed vegetables with frozen vegetables, rice, cheese, and soup. Fold in the chicken. Pour into a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 for approx. 50 minutes or until rice is cooked.
