1-1/2 cups Bisquick 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2/3 cup brown sugar 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup boiling water 2 cups sliced apples
Heat oven to 350º. Stir together Bisquick, sugar and milk until blended. Pour into ungeased 9 x 9 pan. Top with apples, sprinkle with lemon juice. Stir together brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over apples. Pour boiling water over apples. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes.
