3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup milk 1 large egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 cups old fashioned oats 1 cup raisins
Heat oven to 350º, beat butter, brown sugar, white sugar, milk, egg, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Mix all together well. Stir in raisins and oats. Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 12 - 15 minutes.
