4 very large baking potatoes, 1/2 c. margarine, 2/3 c. flour, 6 c. milk, 4-6 green onions chopped, 12 slices bacon fried and crumbled, 1-1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.

Bake the potatoes until done - cut potatoes in half and scoop out the inside pulpe and set aside. Melt margarine - add flour and whisk. Stir constantly and cook 1 minute. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly. Add potato pulp, salt, and pepper. Add 2 chopped green onions and 1 c. of cheese. Cook until thoroughly heated - stir in sour cream and heat. Serve with green onions, bacon, and cheese on top.
