1/2 c yellow cornmeal
1/2 c flour
2 Tbsp veg oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
cooking spray
1 egg beaten
1/2 c evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 F with the iron corn-mold pans inside. Combine 1st 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Add egg, milk and oil. Stir until smooth. Remove iron corn-mold pans from oven and spray with non-stick spray. Spoon in batter to 2/3 full and bake for 10-12 minutes.
