1 chopped onion
1/2 stick margarine or butter
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen , chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/8 c water
1/4 c milk
1/2 c Cheez Whiz
1 c Minute rice (uncooked)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in microwave. Saute onion and butter. Add soup (undiluted). Add water, milk, cheese, rice and broccoli. Mix. Pour into square casserole. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, uncovered.
