1 (2 lb) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt sour crean
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 c chopped onions
1 c grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c grated American cheese
2 c corn flakes
1/2 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spread the brown potatoes evenly in a large flat baking pan, which has been well buttered. Mix together and pour over the top, the next 7 ingredients. Top with corn flakes, which have been stirred in melted butter. Bake 45 minutes (or longer) in a 350 oven
