1/2 lb ground beef and 1/2 lb pork sausage (may use 1 lb of any kind of beef, etc.)
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 c finely chopped mushrooms
1 t. salt
1 t. dried rosemary leaves
1 t. drien thyme leaves
1/2 t. pepper
2 T brandy
10 drops tabasco sauce
1 egg
3 pkg. (8oz size) refrigerator cresent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all filling ingredients in large skillet and mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring until lightly browned, approximately 10 mins. Refrigerate, covered for 30 mins. Preheat oven to 350. Lightlty grease two cookie sheets, Divide dough into 4 rectangles. On sheet of waxed paper, pinch together serrated center of each rectantly. Roll out each to make a rectangle 7 X 5. Put 1/2 cup filling in center of each rectangle. Fold corners in. Place on cookie sheet 3 in. apart. Brush with beaten egg. Baker 25 - 30 mins.
