3 cups rhubarb, chopped
3 ounce package sugar free jello
1-1/2 cups skim milk
1 package sugar free instant pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Cover rhubarb and microwave on high for 6 - 8 minutes or until softened, stir every 2 minutes. Stir in jello until dissolved. Cool completely.
In another bowl mix pudding as directed, fold in rhubarb.
