1 pound scallops
3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
1/3 to 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
Garlic powder or garlic salt
1 tablespoon parsley
Dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and drain scallops. Pat dry with paper towel. Melt butter or margarine and mix with crumbs. Butter small casseroles or baking dishes. Arrange scallops in buttered containers. Cover with buttered crumbs. Sprinkle with parsley. Drip three tablespoons dry white wine over each baking dish. Bake uncovered in 450 oven 15 minutes.
