1 pound crab meat, lump
2 eggs, beaten
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 red pepper, minced
1/2 green pepper, minced
1 scallion, minced
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pepper
Bay Seasoning
Tabasco sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. If necessary, add more bread crumbs to make the mixture dry enough to form little cakes. Form mixture into small cakes and pan sear in a small amount of olive oil.
