1 lb cream cheese
1 lb fresh or frozen crab, drained, deshelled
1 t. finely chopped garlic
1/8 t. worcestershire sauce
3 drops tobasco
2 T salt
1 t. white pepper
2 lbs wonton wrappers (160)
Approximately 3 c. cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except wrappers. Placed 1/2 t. mixture in center of wonton skin. Fold in half and seal with a mixture of egg and water. Bend ends up into wings. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry stuffed wontons a few at a time. Fry until nicely browned. Best eaten right away but may be frozen. Serve with duck sauce.
