1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 small jar marshmallow cream
2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put in microwafe, heat, stir until chocolate chips are melted. Serve.
Or you can put it in a crock pot to stay warm until later. Delicious!
