1 can tomatoe juice (libby's)
1 can tamatoe paste
3 large onions
4 gloves garlic
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 pound of lightly sauted mushrooms
1 tbls. paprika
1/3 cup olive oli
1/4 cup sugar
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce Lee and Perins

Meat Balls

1 lb ground beef
1 cup Matzo meal
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup parsley
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup milk
1 tablsepoon dried minced onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1 cup of cooked sauce

Brown onions, garlic in olive oil. Add mushrooms to saute and after the remaining ingredients. Cook at a minimum 3 hours. The longer the better. At the end of the cook add the meatballs formed from the meat ball ingredients and a cup of the sauce ind inch diameter balls. Cook another 40 minutes.
