1 lb. baby lima beans
2 tsp. salt
1/4 lb marargine
1 tbs mustard
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbs spoon molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Add water to cover lima a beans and bring to boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let set one hour. Add the salt and return to heat with water to cover. Simmer for an additional hour. Drain beaans and add margarine stirring until melted. Mix sour cream, dry mustard, and spoon molasses. Add the mixture to the beans and mix gently. Place in preheated 325 oven and bake for 45 minutes
