2/3c. seasoned bread crumbs
2/3c. grated parmesan cheese
1/4c. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. margarine or butter
1 - 3lb. broiler fryer chicken pieces, or can use split chicken breast or boneless chicken breast.

Directions:

Mix 1st five ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Set aside. In a 1qt. saucepan, heat garlic and marg/butter over low heat until marg/butter has melted. Remove from heat. Coat chicken pieces with marg/butter mixture, then thoroughly coat with crumb mixture. Place coated chicken on large ungreased cookie sheet, skin side up. Mix together any remaining crumb mixture and marg/butter and sprinkle over chicken.
Bake 350 for 1 hour. For crispier chicken, cook an additional 15 minutes.
For boneless chicken reduce cooking time.

The flavors in this dish are out of this world.
