1 Whole Beef Tenderloin or Sirloin Roast
Marinade of your choice can be used, such as Montreal Steak Seasoning.

Directions:
Directions:
Broil meat for 8 minutes on one side on center rack of oven.
Turn and broil 10 minutes on other side.
Set oven temperature to 325 and bake for 30 minutes for rare to medium rare.
