1/2 onion chopped
2 big cloves of garlic
1 can on Contadina Tomato Sauce
1 can of water or wine or chicken stock
2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes
1 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee garlic and onion until onion is transparent

Add tomato sauce
Add water

Bring to a boil - reduce heat to a simmer

Cook at least 1/2 hour. Cook an hour for a thicker sauce.

For Chicken Parm

2 lbs, chicken breast (pounded thin)
Bread crumbs
2 eggs (scrambled with 4 tbps of milk seasoned with salt
and pepper)
Olive Oil

Dip chicken in eggs, dredge in bread crumbs fry in pan until
golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Place on cookie sheet.

Top each chicken breast with sauce, parm cheese and
mozzerella. Bake in oven for 10 minutes at 350.
