4 ounces deli corned beef
1 medium onion
2 15 ounce cans Bavarian Kraut
2 10-1/2 ounce cans Healthy Request Tomato Soup
2 teaspoons dried parsley
4 cups warm whole wheat pasta
6 ounces light Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray pan with Pam. Saute onion until tender and add corned beef and heat. Stir in drained kraut, soup, and parlsey. Add cooked pasta, mix well, pour into pan. Arrange Swiss cheese evenly over top. Bake 20 - 25 minutes. (Number of cups of uncooked pasta that cooks to about 4 cups.)
