4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1-2 T. chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a small bowl, combine oil, 1 1/2 c. sugar, buttermilk and eggs, mix well. Stir into flour mixture, just until moistened. Fill 2 greased 8x4 loaf pans about 1/3 full. Mix 1/2 c. sugar, cinnamon and walnuts. Sprinkle half of topping over batter. Fill pans with remaining batter and then the remaining topping. Swirl batter with a knife. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and then remove from pans.
