1 box yellow cake mix 1 c. sugar 4 c. rhubarb, diced 1 c. whipping cream
Prepare cake mix according to direction on box. Pour batter into greased 9x13 cake pan. Arrange rhubarb evenly over batter. Sprinkle with sugar. Pour cream over top. DO NOT MIX. As cake bakes, a custard forms on the bottom. Refrigerate any leftovers.
