Chicken
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 T. vegetable oil
1 sm. onion, rings or chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. round cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a glass dish. Mix ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Brush with marinade. Serve.
