Roast Beef:
1 (4 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. fresh cilantro or parsley, minced
2-3 T. banana peppers, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 lb. thinly sliced cooked roast beef

Ham & Turkey:
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. carrot, shredded
1/2 c. zucchini, shredded
4 tsp. dill weed
1/2 lb. thinly sliced fully cooked ham
1/2 lb. thinly sliced fully cooked turkey

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cilantro, peppers, and garlic. Spread about 2 T. on each slice of beef. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. In another bowl, combine cream cheese, carrots, zucchini and dill weed; spread about 2 T. on each slice of ham and turkey. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Slice into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Arrange on platter and serve.
