Chocolate Eclair Dessert Recipe

1 c. water
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Cream Filling:
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powered sugar
Cool Whip
chocolate syrup

Heat oven to 400. Heat water and butter/margarine to a rolling boil in 2 1/2 qt. saucepan. Stir in flour; reduce heat. Stir vigorously over low heat about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball; remove from heat. Beat in eggs all at once; continue beating until smooth. Spread into a 9x13 cake pan. Bake 35-40 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Cool. Prepare pudding following package instructions. Add cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Pour over eclaire crust. Refrigerate until set. Top with Cool Whip and drizle with chocolate syrup. Refrigerate unil ready to serve.
