Acorn Squash (can also use Butternut, etc.)
Optional ingredients: salt, butter, syrup, splenda, brown sugar, sugar, nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cut acorn squash in half, scoop out seeds. Sprinkle with salt. Put cut side down in lightly greased baking dish or pan. Cook at 400 for 30-40 minutes or until tender. (Pierce with fork to see if done)
When done, turn squash over and pierce with fork, knife or skewer. Spread squash with butter and brown sugar. Put back in oven and bake 5 minutes more.
