1lb. medium shrimp
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1 garlic clove, crushed
1-1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of Pepper
Dash of Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Shell, devein and drain shrimp. Melt margarine in skillet over medium heat, then add the garlic and lemon juice. Simmer for 3 minutes, stirring frequently, then add the shrimp and saute for 4-5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and tender. Add the parsley, salt, pepper and paprika and mix together. Turn into serving dish and serve on toothpicks. Can also be served over pasta.
