1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Crunchy addition:
2/3 c. sliced almonds
4 T. sesame seeds
1/2 cup chow mein noodles

Shake dressing - do not refrigerate.
Bake crunchy addition - spread on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Toss all with red and green leaf lettuce.
