1 T. Sesame seeds 1 T. Sugar 1 T. Soy Sauce Broccoli florets
Toast sesame seeds in a skillet (stick free but with no oils added) until lightly brown. Add sugar and soy sauce. Microwave or steam broccoli florets with a little water for 3 minutes (still very crunchy), drain and then toss them with the soy mixture.
