8 oz. bittersweet chocolate
2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
4 large eggs
2 tbsp. liquor of your choice (Amaretto is the best!)
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tbsp. milk
c. self-rising flour (or regular flour + tsp. baking powder)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the chocolate, the butter and the sugar and mix with a hand mixer until mixture is smooth. Blend in the eggs (one at a time), then add the liquor, the coffee and the milk. Blend after each addition. Add the flour gradually and continue to mix for a couple of minutes until mixture is smooth and without lumps.

Pour into a well-greased bundt pan and bake for 30-40 minutes on 350 degrees. Check after 30 minutes with a toothpick.

Sprinkle powdered sugar before serving. Add whipped cream and your choice of fruit.
