2 pkg Kraft Caramels
3/4c. evaporated milk
1 German Chocolate cake mix
3/4c. butter
1c. chopped nuts
1c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramel with 3/4c evaporated milk. Set aside. Mix together german chocolate cake mix, butter and rest of evaporated milk. Add nuts.
Spread 1/2 of mix in 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 18-20 min. Sprinkle 1c. choc chips on top. Spread caramel mix over choc chips. Spread remaining cake mix over and bake 20 min. Cool & refrigerate
