4 cups rolled oats ( not instant)
1/2 cup wheat germ
3 tbl salt
4 tbl safflower or other oil
3/4 cup honey
1/4 cup blackstrap molasses
5 cups boiling water

4 pks dry yeast
1cup lukewarm water
6 cups whole wheat flour
6 cups unbleached white flour

Directions:
Directions:
combine first 6 ingredients into large bowl add boiling water let cool 1/2 hr dissolve yeast in warm water add to mixture add flour 1 cup at a time mix well and knead cover and let rise till it doubles in bulk.
Punch down divide into 4 equal shares shape into loaves kneading each one.Let rise in buttered pans until doubled in bulk and bake at 350 45min-1 hr.
