1/4 cup Green Tea
1/4 cup Honey
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Directions:

saute garlic in olive oil ,
add the rest of ingredients and cook for 5 minutes, skim or strain as needed and cool

This salad dressing is so good I had to share, I got it from a chemist who told me 1 Tblsp a day would help you lose weight.....lets see how many of you try it!!! Smile!
