10 ounces frozen cauliflower
16 ounces frozen broccoli
16 oounces frozen carrots
1 onion diced
2 large potatoes, diced
7 cups water
7 cubes, chicken bouillon
1 pound light Velveeta

Directions:
Directions:
In large kettle, combine everything except the cheese. Cook on low heat 30 - 40 minutes. Slowly add cubed cheese and stir until melted.
1 cup is 2 points.
