6 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled
and cubed (2 lbs.)
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 T. white or cider vinegar
1 T. yellow mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c.onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add cooled potatoes, celery and onion and toss. Stir in eggs. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until chilled.
