1 1/2 c, shortening
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
9 T. molasses
1 tsp. salt
4 sp. baking soda
4 c. flour
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and molasses. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture. Shape into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes.
