1 pkg. brownie mix (9x13 size)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 c. powedered sugar
1 carton (16 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed and divided
2 c. milk
1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare and bake brownies according to package using a greased 9x3 pan. Cool completely. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar for 2 minutes. fold in 2 c. Cool Whip. Spread over cold brownies. In another bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix; beat until smooth. Refrigerate for 5 minutes; spread over the cream cheese layer. Spread with remaining Cool Whip; sprinkle with pecans.
