1 head cabbage, very finely chopped 1/4 c. shredded carrot 2 T. minced onion 1/3 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. buttermilk 1 1/2 T. white vinegar 2 1/2 T. lemon juice
Be sure the cabbage, carrots and onion are chopped up into very fine pieces (about the size of rice kernals). Combine remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Add the cabbage mixture and mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
